We often operate as a guild-like organization of highly experienced and innovative product developers, tailoring our organizational structure to the needs of each individual project.

We offer our services for complete turnkey product development or for development during any phase within the product development lifecycle, however, we can offer the greatest benefit to a project when we are involved in its earliest phases.

Depending on the customer’s internal development processes, any number of critical work products and milestones may be defined within formal process steps. When we provide development services, we identify and agree upon important processes, milestones, and process artifacts, and we regularly review and report on them as part of our ongoing gap analyses.
