Life Cycle Processes

The members of Your Development Team are committed to delivering a quality product  on schedule and on budget.

Development processes play an important role in the ability to repeatably and reliably track and deliver high quality results.

Of course, if our customers have formal development processes in place, we participate in those processes, but if not, we can help to establish appropriate development processes.

Our specialists understand the importance and role of process.  We also understand the the importance of right-sized process. For example, a product that will ultimately be subject to FDA or FAA approval must be developed within a formal, highly structured process while a research prototype mat require only minimal processes.

A minimal process will incorporate high level requirements and extensions sufficient to define the product and to define the development scope and to partition responsibilities in terms of deliverable units. It will also preserve all work products in a version controls system. If you have  no suitable version control capabilities, Your Development team will provide their own resources.

From virtual companies with no staff to large multifunctional companies, Your Development Team provides the development expertise to bring products to market sooner and with quality appropriate for its needs.
